Change one variable at a time

It is an XML profile that can load a group of camera and processing settings into an LMC build. The exact values vary by file.
Does a phone name in the filename guarantee compatibility?
No. It is a useful naming clue, not a site test. Regional variants, firmware, Android version, camera sensors and LMC package identity can still change the result.
Should I import the XML before testing the APK?
No. Test the base app first so you know whether a later change came from the APK/package combination or the imported config.
Can I use an LMC 8.4 XML with LMC 9.6?
